SHIPPING/POSTAGE:
Order processing times: If your order is in current stock I will endeavour to have it processed and posted out between 2-4 business days.
If your order is a commission, you will be quoted a time frame (usually 2-4 weeks) in which your order will be made, processed and posted.
All postage prices are a flat rate. If you require express, please contact me.
NOTE: Australia Post is experiencing massive delays due to covid19. Please understand I can not be responsible for these unforeseen postage delays.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Please note: Buying hand made means you are buying a unique piece made by hand. There will always be slight variances and imperfections.
Polymer Clay/Embroidered Jewellry: Due to health and hygiene regulations you can not return your earrings. If they are faulty please contact me to discuss further, you will need to return your faulty jewellery to be assessed.
Embroideries: For change of mind, embroideries can be returned in original state for a full refund (if returned within 14 days) or store credit (if returned after this time).
Commissions: Due to the personal nature of these pieces, they cannot be returned/exchanged unless damage occurs during transit. During the process, I will keep in contact with you to update you on the progress and to ensure the piece is to your liking.
